The 60 year old lobby of this landmark property was fully re-constructed into a luxury retail complex that extended into a new, adjacent office building and the J.W. Marriott flagship hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue. Principals of Prairie Sun Building Services provided program and project management services to the owner.
