This facility was purchased and completely redeveloped in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the tenant. The project was completed on a “fast track” basis in 12 weeks and is one of the top performing BioTest facilities in the country. Principals of Prairie Sun Building Services provided acquisition, design, permitting and construction services to the tenant under a long-term lease.
